New Beginnings Exercise Program
- This exercise program is a great place to start if you haven’t exercised for a while
- Requires your body weight and light (2.2 kg) resistance band to complete some of the exercises in the program
- The exercise program can be done pretty much anywhere

- Contains 30-minute workout sessions

Body Weight Exercise Program
- This exercise program uses your body weight only

Dumbbell Exercise Program
- This exercise program can be used at the gym or at home
- Requires a pair of adjustable dumbbells (at least 3 different plate weights eg. 0.5 kg, 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg)
