Operating From A Place Of Purity Opens God’s Glory Gates

Hi 😊,

The Lord gave me a vision a few days ago. I saw the world and I could see gold glitter reflecting out from various places around the world. The Lord told me it was His glory pouring down on those who have kept their hearts pure before Him. Those who allowed themselves to be “emptied” so that God could fill them with His glory. The Lord then gave me the following word that goes hand in hand with that vision:

Operating from a place of purity, opens God’s glory gates

Matthew 5:8 (KJV) – Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.

God is looking for purity. I am not just talking about sexual purity here, refraining from participating in sexual immorality (pornography, orgies, adultery, sex outside of marriage, lustful thoughts etc.). As followers of Christ it is a given that we are to not participate in sexual immorality. But what I am talking about goes beyond the physical. I am also talking about heart purity. Heart purity is a willingness and a diligence to pursue the supernatural God’s way. To have a yearning to do the right thing, to be quick and swift to repent when you recognise a wrong doing you have committed. A stewardship of integrity and honesty.

Jesus teaches with the Beatitudes that the pure in heart will see God; If we want to see the glory of God rest on us in greater ways, then we have to make it our aim to keep our hearts, minds and actions pure. The priest where the ones who were allowed to do the services of the temple. The high priest could go into the holiest place. But prior to them being ordained and prior to their priestly duties, they had to undergo purification. What this points out is that there is a special connection between purity and God’s glory. If we want to see God move like we have never seen before, we need to aim to honour Him with purity, to be empty vessels that He can fill.

To keep our hands clean from gossip, betrayal, sin, lusts, pride, greed and worldly things. The cross is there to cover our shortcomings when we don’t do it perfectly. But we should have hearts that don’t want to grief His Holy Spirit and hearts that would be sensitive to what would please Him, and what wouldn’t please Him. Sensitivity to His heart is gained through intentional seeking. Spending time in prayer, waiting on Him and at His doors to listen to what He might say, and worshipping and spending time deep in His Word (Bible). God is going to pour out His Glory on a pure people who will act and do as He asks.

It will be seen in the world and it will make some feel very uncomfortable. Nevertheless, God’s Word stands firm, the pure in heart will see God. Why was Moses allowed to see the back of the Lord when He passed by Moses? Why was Abraham allowed to be the friend of God? Was it because they never sinned? No! It was because of their striving for pure hearts, because of their fear (respect and awe) of the Lord and their understanding of what would please God and what wouldn’t. We need to learn God’s heart.

Be blessed 😊
