Sometimes, when we go through very long, hard, and challenging journeys, we can often lose sight of God’s power and His strength just because of what we have walked through. If you find yourself in that situation, then this prophetic word that the Lord gave me to share with the body of Christ this morning might be for you. If it resonates with your journey, take it to the Lord Jesus and ask Him for confirmation. The Lord’s words will always be in alignment with His nature, His heart, and His Word as a whole. Believe in no man or woman, but only in the one true God.

So, the Lord said:

“Do not underestimate the power of My might. My arm is never too weak nor too short to save. In an instant, I can transform your world, My children. Though some of you are battle-weary, do not lose sight of My goodness in your everyday life. There are things in this world that take place that are far beyond your understanding and reasoning. You will only weary yourselves trying to figure things out. Some of you have deep-rooted discouragement and disappointment in your hearts. The journey has been long, and you have not understood why I have not intervened in your situations.

I know you have questions, and I know you don’t always receive the answers. My intervention—or lack of it—is not correlated with or dependent on My love for you. I see further and deeper than you ever could. I make ways where you see none. Altogether, I remain forever faithful and true to My words, that I work all things together for the good of those who love Me.

I am your shelter from the storm. When the winds and waves roar and toss to and frow, run to Me. I will keep you at rest and at peace as you abide in Me. All I ask of you is to have faith. I can move the mountains and calm the storms. If I do not, trust that I have purpose in My decision. I will not fail you. I have walked with you and continue to walk with you. Do not forget who I am, My beautiful child.”

Let’s Pray,

Lord, we come in the name of Jesus, and we just thank You so much for Your words of encouragement.

Father, I come in the name of Jesus, and I want to pray for every brother and sister who is really feeling discouraged, disappointed, and weary from the journey. Lord, where many may feel that they do not understand why You do not intervene in their circumstances, I pray, in the name of Jesus, for clarity to come to them. I ask that You remove the veils from their eyes and the muffles from their ears so they can see and hear clearly. Give them a heart of revelation, understanding, and a new perspective to see their situation through Your eyes.

I pray, my Lord, that as they run to You for shelter, You will comfort them. But more than anything, Father, I pray for a tipping point to come to them—that they may receive reprieve from this long journey and that they may taste and see Your goodness in the land of the living. Help them to fix their eyes on the goodness You show them every day. Help them, Lord, to not lose sight of Your power and might because, my God, You can do all things.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray that You will bless them, keep them, and bring forth fruit in their lives where they need it most. In Jesus’ most holy and powerful name, Amen.
