Prophetic Word – For The Year 5785

 As with every prophetic word you read, take it to the Lord and ask Him for confirmation.

Last year in November when I was at church, the Lord called me to go out just before the sermon started because He wanted to give me a word.

As I was sitting with Him outside, He started showing me a clock that looked like Big Ben, and I could see the fingers on that clock turning very, very quickly.

Then I heard the Lord say,

“The hour of trial has come, and you need to pray for My people’s faith because many will start to falter in their faith, and also to help teach people how to stand in these times to come because many do not have that solid foundation. When things shake up, they will not be able to stand.”

Ever since that point in time, I’ve been praying for God’s people’s faith and also trying to teach people how to stand more firmly in the Lord in these times that we are in. I have to say, in these past few months, I have really seen some people walk away from the faith, faltering in their faith, and even compromising, listening to teachings that are polluted and gaining entry points and access, which is taking them on a pathway further and further away from the Lord.

We can see all these things happening in the world. So, brothers and sisters, I want to encourage you to keep in the word of God, keep in Jesus’s presence, and pray that you will not fall into temptation. Pray that you will not fall into deception. Do not allow the sufferings of this life, the struggles, and challenges you face, to make you renounce your faith and walk away from the Lord.

Hold on to the very end because there is a reward for your faith, which is eternal life with Him. Do not compromise on that. This life is only temporary, and we know that Jesus said, in this world, we will have trouble, but to take heart, for He has overcome the world. Everything in this world is perishable, but everything we do for Him and in following Him is imperishable.

Keep that in view. Keep your perspective on knowing that you are running your race to win Him at the end, not running your race to win the things of this world. God is faithful and true, and He knows how to meet our needs, so hold fast to Him even when you lose things, even when you might be suffering, and even when things are happening, and we don’t always have the answers to those questions.

Know that the Lord is good, even if you are struggling to see His goodness in your situation at this present time. Your situation does not change His nature. While He doesn’t always come through the way we want or would like or when we want, God knows because He is sovereign, but we need to keep our faith in the Lord God.

So stand firm. Know that Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the life.

Now, as I was sitting with the Lord today, I was asking Him because we are close to Rosh Hashanah, which is the 2nd to 4th of October this year. For those of you who don’t know, Rosh Hashanah new Jewish calendar year that is coming.

During this time, the Lord will often speak to us words of what is to come in that next year and how to maneuver through it. So the Lord gave me this word, and He said:

“My children, do not stop living. Do not stop believing. You will see My goodness in the land of the living. Do not live without hope, for your hope is bound up in Me and not in the things of this world. I know how to save Godly men from trials. I have not abandoned nor forsaken you. There are things at work and at play beyond your reasoning and understanding. Submit to My will and My purposes, and you will stand. Continue to stand in the days ahead. Intensity increases, groanings and yearnings for reprieve are increasing, wickedness is increasing. All these things must take place to fulfil what is written in My Word.

How do we endure? you may ask. By looking to Me. Keep your gaze firmly fixed on Me. Keep My word in your heart. Do not grow tired or weary in doing good. I need labourers in My harvest field who will stand for Me and My truth, who will point people to righteousness, My cross.

Blessed is the one who endures and overcomes till the end. If you hold on to Me, you will not be shaken in what is about to come on the earth. Those who know their God will stand firm, even in the face of opposition, adversity, and persecution. You are not without reward for keeping your faith and trust in Me. Hold fast; things are about to get bumpier, but I’m with you to the very end. Do not lose heart. Keep the faith. You belong to Me and are secure in Me. I will break through for you in moments when you least expect it.”

Now, the Lord has been speaking to me about things that are changing. Everything is changing, and everything will look different again. What that will look like, I don’t know. I remember the last time the Lord said that to me was in 2019, right before things really took off with COVID. We know with COVID, everything changed, and everything started to look different with the landscape. But just remember, even though those things happened, God was with His children, and many of His kids walked out more blessed, with more strength, endurance, and faith in God—those who sought Him and held on to Him in those times.

So, whatever might be coming next in this life, do not lose your hope because God knows how to take care of His faithful ones. Just keep trusting Him, keep believing, for He is good.
