Have you been feeling like God has let you go or that He has turned His back on you and is rejecting you? Feeling like your prayers are unanswered? Then if that is you, this prophetic word that the Lord gave me to release for the body of Christ might be for you.

This word is not going to be applicable for everyone, but for those of you who have been feeling like this—if this word resonates in your spirit, take it to the Lord Jesus and ask Him for confirmation.

So the Lord said:

My child, I will not let go of you. Nothing in all creation can separate you from My love. When you let go, I still hold on to you. I do not give up on you. I continue to knock at the door of your heart. Will you open your heart wide so that I can come in and dine with you?

When life is challenging and you lose your footing and start to fall, I am there to pick you back up again. When your strength fails and is lost, My strong arm carries you. When doubt sets in and your faith starts to wane, I remain faithful. When you cry for help and feel unheard, I am working where you do not see.

You are most precious to Me. I gave My very own life for you—why would I let go of you? My child, you will not do everything perfectly. You will not be able to serve Me perfectly. That is why I came. I desire mercy, not sacrifice; acknowledgment of Me rather than burnt offerings. The sacrifices of bulls were not enough to take away sin. My blood covers and redeems.

I have redeemed you. I have called you My very own. Sit no longer in the darkness—come into My marvelous light. I will give you refreshment for your weary soul. I long to hear you speak with Me. I long to hear your heart beckoning for Mine. Deep calls out to deep.

When you look closely, you will see that I have not let go, but that I have given strength and carried you. You are not rejected by Me. Just because you are struggling does not mean I do not care. I have not turned My face away from you. I have not chosen others instead of you. You have not messed up too many times to cause Me to relax My hold on you.

I know you are for Me and not against Me. I know your pain and struggles make you wonder if I have left you and rejected you. Pay no attention to those lies. In this world, there will be suffering, pain, and trials of various kinds. I am coming back for My bride, and then there will be no more pain and tears. But for now, journey with Me and know that the sufferings and pain of this world are not a direct correlation of My love and affection for you.

A man’s sufferings, pain, and trial are not a direct reflection of that person’s walk and intimacy with Me. Do not be fooled. You do not have struggles and pain because I am rejecting you or have turned My face from you. On the contrary, during your struggles and pain, I am ever close. And if you continue to trust Me with your pain and struggles, I will work it out for your good.

I will not let go of you. I will not let go of you. I love you. I will remain faithful to you, for that is My nature.

Let’s pray, 

My beautiful God, Lord, we come in the name of Jesus and we just thank You, Lord, for this incredible word that You have given today.

Father, I pray in the name of Jesus for every brother and sister who has felt like You might have let go of them. Lord, that their trust in You can be renewed—that You would give them wings to soar like eagles, Lord, that they can run and not grow weary, walk and not be faint.

Father, I pray in the name of Jesus that times of refreshing will come to them and that You would fill them with Your boundless joy. Father, that even if they might feel like they have no reason to rejoice, that Your joy would just bubble up in them.

I pray, Lord God, that You would set them free from the chains that hold them. In Jesus’ most holy and powerful name, amen.
