Prophetic Word:I Am Raising Up A Company

Hi Brothers and Sisters in Christ, the Lord has given me this prophetic word to release for the body of Christ. As with every prophetic word you hear, take it to the Lord Jesus and ask Him for confirmation. His words will line up with His heart, His nature, and His word. Believe in no man or woman only in the one true God.  

So the Lord said:  

I am raising up a company of leaders who will empower, train, equip, and raise others up—who can lead, empower, train, equip, and raise others up to do the same. It is a multiplication effect, an increase effect. These leaders understand that leadership does not come from a title or a place or position but from a servant’s heart, wanting to glorify the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

They do not wrestle against flesh and blood. They understand the deeper spiritual battles. They see deeper and further. They are able to see and recognize what constrains and holds My people back from rising up. They speak truth. They speak to the inner man of a person, addressing the woundedness that trips them up and, at the same time, offering the healing balm and equipping that can lead them to freedom.

They do not compete. They do not compromise. They understand many laborers are needed. They are not intimidated by the taunts of the enemy or the accusations of people. They walk in peace and integrity before Me. I am their entire life, their breath. They carry out My instructions swiftly. They know how to move in My rhythm and at My pace. They accelerate when I accelerate. They slow down when I slow down. They depend upon Me fully, and they are obedient.

They do not hold on to their life; they lay their life down for Me. And even at times when they are dishonored for My name’s sake, I uphold them and honor them. These warriors, these leaders, make every effort to follow Me. You will see them and recognize them. They are bold and fierce like lions and gentle like lambs. They stand for My truth and My word.

They understand what is most important to Me. They understand the hour is close, and they understand the importance of My people needing to mature, hear My voice, and be solid in Me. They understand the importance of raising up a people whose gaze is firmly fixed on Me. They understand the importance of having My people rooted in My word.

They sacrifice much every day where most won’t see. They carry My very heart to the world around them so that people can see Me for who I am. They understand balance—the importance of not compromising. They are not swayed by the opinions nor accusations of others. They continue in My works. They are focused, resolute, and I come before all things.

These are My leaders. These are My warriors. I trust them to lead My people to righteousness and holiness. I trust them to lead the people back to My heart. I trust them to steward My words well, for they have paid the deepest price that none will truly know or understand. Watch how they arise in this hour with newfound strength and boldness in Me.  

Let’s Pray,

My beautiful God, Lord, we thank You so much that You know those who are Yours and that You are raising up not just leaders but warriors as well for Your kingdom. Father, we pray in the name of Jesus for all those You are raising up in this hour, that You would give them boldness, that You would give them strength, that You would help them, Lord, to steward well in all the capacities You are giving them.  

I pray, Lord God, that You will make their crooked places straight and that You will continue to bless them with Your wisdom and understanding. Give them greater eyes to see You, greater ears to hear You, and hearts of revelation and understanding to know how to walk in Your pathways, Lord, to help Your people become closer and closer to You.  

We pray, my Lord God, for the rest of the body of Christ—that those who are still asleep, that You wake them up to really understand the hour we are in, and that Your people will turn and seek Your face. Let the body of Christ, Lord God, stop being immature in their ways. Let them put all their differences, bickering, and accusations aside, and together rise as the body of Christ, working together to be the laborers in Your harvest field. Let them spread the Gospel, help raise others up in righteousness, teach people Your ways, and bring them back to Your face and the simplicity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  

In Jesus’ most holy and powerful name, Amen.
