Prophetic Word -I Will Split The Sea, But You Have To Move Forward.

I heard the Lord say, “I will split the Seas, but you have to move forward.”

Brothers and sisters, this word is not going to be for everyone in the body of Christ but only for those of you whose journey this matches.

As I heard that phrase, the Lord took me immediately into a vision. What I saw was a person standing at a distance from a sea, and the pathway they were walking on only led towards that sea. There wasn’t a turning to the right or to the left. The person was standing from the distance looking at the sea, scratching their heads, wondering where they go from here.

They stood there for quite some time, just perplexed and not knowing which way to go, so they decided to turn around to retrace their steps backward. I then heard the Lord repeat that phrase saying,” I will split the Seas, but you have to move forward.”

So, the person stopped from turning around, they looked towards the sea again, and they started moving towards it. They came to the edge of it, and they were literally standing just in front of the sea , but nothing happened. The Seas didn’t split, nothing moved, and so they stood there quite confused for some time, wondering if they heard the Lord’s voice correctly.

Then they started decreeing over the seas to part. Nothing happened.

They then started to pray for the seas to part, and nothing happened.

So they stood there again confused for quite some time, and then they were wondering if they needed to turn back again. But then the Lord said, “step in”, and as soon as they stepped in and their feet became emerged in the water, the Seas basically split, and the person could then walk through the Seas forward.

The Lord reminded me of Joshua 3:13. It says, “And as soon as the priests who carry the Ark of the Lord, the Lord of the earth, set foot in the Jordan, its waters flowing downstream will be cut off and stand up in a heap.”

The Lord was encouraging this person to move forward, and faith and deeds go together.

Sometimes further action is required of us. So if the Lord has led you to a situation or a place and you feel trapped, you feel like there is no moving forward, and you feel like you have already applied faith to get there, there is further action required on your behalf. Don’t just wait for that sea to split; actually, take steps forward into this thing that looks to be a blockage. As you do, the Lord will then open that way for you.

The Lord sometimes enables us to go to these places where greater faith is needed to be activated so that we can see Him at work in the impossible. Because without Him, that situation cannot shift, move, or split open.

Luke 1:37 in the New King James Version says, “For with God, nothing is impossible.” So don’t be perplexed; you didn’t hear God wrong. Just keep moving forward, and He will split the Seas for you.

My beautiful God, Lord, we just thank You so much for this word. I thank You, my God, that You are encouraging, Lord, maybe one or two or a few Brothers and Sisters in Christ who feel like they’ve come to a dead end following Your voice. Lord, I pray that You will activate their faith even further to take further action forward, Lord, so that those Seas can split. So, Lord, I pray You’ll bless them, that You will keep them, and encourage their hearts with this word.
