Someone Needs To Hear – After You Have Done Everything

Someone needs to hear today – after you have done everything, stand.

The Lord put this word on my heart for someone this morning. You need to know that you are seen, you are heard, and God has not forgotten about you nor turned a blind eye to your situation.

The Lord took me to Ephesians 6:13 (AMP) – Therefore, put on the complete armor of God, so that you will be able to [successfully] resist and stand your ground in the evil day [of danger], and having done everything [that the crisis demands], to stand firm [in your place, fully prepared, immovable, victorious].

You have received a word from God regarding your situation. You took the word in faith. You thank the Lord for the word He gave you, you decreed it over your life in faith, and made movements and decisions based on that word. However, as you kept moving forward it seemed that the word you received might not come to pass. Things rose up unexpectedly and you now find yourself in a moment similar to the Israelites when the Egyptians were charging towards them and they had nowhere to run as the army was coming towards them and they were trapped between the army and the Red Sea, with nowhere to go. You feel the same way. Feeling like if God does not make good on that word He gave you, you are going to be crushed, killed, and done away with. You still kept your faith up, relying on God’s word. You have done everything you can that the situation or “crisis” you are in requires from a human perspective. There is nothing left that you can do. God needs to move and open the waters. That is the only play left.

God says to stand and continue standing in faith, watch and see the deliverance He will bring you. God never fails, and He does things unexpectedly in ways we could never think of. He knows you have done everything you can to stand, and He is pleased. You didn’t just sit in the corner pounding about it, you rose up and tried the best you can. So now, continue to stand in faith on His word. You see, circumstances and the enemy always come to war over our faith, wanting us to bow to them instead of God. But will you rise in faith and continue to stand even if you get thrown into a fiery furnace or lion’s den? Are you still going to have faith in Jesus Christ who suffered for you, or are you going to lose your faith?

Continue to keep in your heart what you know about God to be real. Be brave and strong like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who stood up and said to king Nebuchadnezzar, they are willing to perish in a fiery furnace instead of bowing down to an idol. They believed God could save them, but boldly proclaimed that even if God didn’t, they still would not dishonour Him by bowing down to an idol. They saw in faith that it was better to keep believing in God and keep His commands, rather than through disobedience and disbelief saving their life which is temporary on this earth.

You are like them in your heart. And you are feeling the fire very close to your skin at the moment but still standing in trust and faith. God wants to encourage you that He sees you as Moses and not the Israelites. You see, the Israelites freaked out, lost their faith, and went into despair when they saw the Egyptians coming toward them. Moses didn’t. Even though Moses knew very well that death could be imminent, he tried to keep the Israelites calm and in faith by reminding them of how God delivered and brought them out of Egypt with signs, miracles and wonders.

Keep standing.

Be blessed 😊
