What Is Wellness Coaching?

It involves one-on-one healthy lifestyle Coaching Sessions. The Wellness Coaching sessions are for those individuals who want to take their health and fitness levels a “step” further. Those who are keen to get equipped in the life skills needed to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle. Those who seem to have reached plateaus and need extra advice and coaching to achieve their health and fitness goals or those who simply need more encouragement and motivation to achieve their goals. Each individual person is different and so each session is tailored to that unique individual and their needs.

How it works

Sessions include health, wellness, nutrition coaching and mentoring including exercise recommendations, guidance and techniques to manage and maintain health and wellbeing. Sessions are conducted via Zoom. There is no need to have the Zoom app installed. Access to the Zoom Coaching sessions is obtained via email containing a private link to each session. Depending on your preference, sessions can be via video or voice only. Pricing is per one-hour session.

What are the Qualifications of the Wellness coaches?

Adele is a Qualified Personal Trainer (CertIV), Gym Instructor (CertIII) and Veterinarian (BVSC Hon IIA), she uses all her extensive skills and experiences in combination, bringing a unique approach to Wellness Coaching. Candace Foy is a Qualified Physical Therapist (BScPT Hon), she brings her vast experience from over 22 years as a physical therapist (including pediatric physical therapist) and vast knowledge in Wellness Coaching to help families, especially mothers to regain their health.

Who are the coaching sessions for?

The Wellness Coaching sessions are for those individuals who want to take their health and fitness levels a “step” further. Those who are keen to get equipped in the life skills needed to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle. Those who seem to have reached plateaus and need extra advice and coaching to achieve their health and fitness goals or those who simply need more encouragement and motivation to achieve their goals. Each individual person is different and so each session is tailored to that unique individual and their needs.

How much are the coaching sessions?

The Coaching sessions are $93 Australian Dollars per one-hour session.

How does the process work?

After you have purchased a Coaching Session, you will then be re-directed to our online calendar to book in your session. Please note that the Booking Calendar is according to Australian Eastern Time (Sydney Time Zone). Once you have booked your day and time for your session, you will receive an email containing an access link for your Zoom Session. On the day of your booked appointment, please ensure you click on the Zoom link in your approval email, and have it ready to go a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This helps to ensure everything is ready and set up for your hour session to commence.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of Coaching sessions required varies per individual. Everyone is different and unique in their own way and so are their goals.
