Your health is important
Health and wellness play a very important part on our journey. If we do not take care of ourselves, we lack the energy and strength to pursue all God has for us. We focus on the spiritual (relationship with Jesus), physical (exercise, natural supplements, healthy diet) and emotional (strongholds from the enemy that hinder healthy living). We focus and work on all these aspects to help you become stronger, more energized, and have the longevity to pursue all God has for you. We incorporate and stick with Biblical principles when it comes to health and wellness. There are no quick fixes here, but rather small steps in the right direction that end up with lasting positive results.
We are here to help
Our wellness sessions are conducted over Zoom. We cover all aspects of your well-being such as looking at strongholds and hindrances that prevent you from progressing in your health. We explore your eating habits, supplements, and exercise patterns. We explore emotional imbalances and spiritual (relationship with Jesus) health side. We then equip you with strategies and tools to overcome the weak spots. We also provide you with exercise recommendations, guidance, and techniques to manage and maintain health & well-being. We don’t just cater to one part (physical) but all parts (physical, spiritual, emotional). Everyone is different and unique in their own way, some require one session others require more.
