Prophetic Word – How to Get Unstuck (9 June 2023)

Hi 😊,

For the last couple of days the Lord brought to mind a section of an animated film called “Turbo”. In the movie the snail, Turbo, wants to be a car racer. His brother jokingly asked him why is so fascinated with car racers as the cars just go “left turn, left turn, left turn…oh, what do I do here…left turn”. As I have been pressing in asking the Lord what He is saying through it, He woke me up this morning and gave me a word for the body of Christ to accompany the picture. It is a word for those who feel like they keep going in circles (like F1 race cars), experiencing the same repetitive cycles in their life. As with every word you hear, take it to Jesus and ask Him for confirmation if the word resonates with your circumstances.

Here is the word the Lord gave me that I read in the video:

God said: “My children, some of you are feeling stuck. You seem to repeat the same old cycles in your life over and over again. You repeat the same mistakes and feel like you are not going anywhere. You feel like you keep going in circles, going around the same mountains. This has exhausted you and wearied you. You long for something new and different but feel like it is unreachable due to the repetitive cycles you are experiencing. You cry out to Me for change, and I have heard you and I have seen you. So, I have brought you insights, wisdom, direction, and strategies.

Sometimes through words of others and sometimes directly from My Spirit to yours. I have highlighted and made these strategies known to you, time and time again. Some of these strategies and insights have required you to make some changes and implementations in your life. Some of these have required a heart change. Some a mindset change. Others a new discipline to start implementing. Others require a sacrifice you have to make. And some a greater laying down of your life.

Have you implemented the things I have made known to you? Not yet. Some of you who feel this way, took some steps forward but then quickly defaulted back to your old ways, when it became too burdensome on your flesh to continue in the new way. You see, it is very easy to give up and give in when changes that are needed require effort and work. I work with you and in you, but some changes require you to do your part. Some things I will do automatically in your life to get you unstuck. Others, I require your obedience and willingness to partner with Me for change to occur.

Do you remember how My children the Israelites received words from My servant Moses’ mouth, instructing them and guiding them to implement a heart change? Did they respond? They did when I disciplined them, but they quickly defaulted back to their stubbornness, murmuring and complaining. They failed to implement the necessary heart and mindset changes. As it was too comfortable for them to remain in their flesh, rather than making the necessary heart and mind adjustments required.

What happened to them? Did I not in the end gave them over to their stubborn ways and have them die in the desert after 40 years of wildering in the desert? If they had but heeded when I spoke to them through My servant Moses, that generation would have entered into the promised land. But as it were, their children entered instead. I am gracious and compassionate, but you have to do your part. Meet Me halfway by pushing past your flesh. Making the necessary implementations and adjustments and you will see how My Spirit continues to strengthen you on the correct pathway. Helping you to get unstuck. And out of your repetitive cycles.

You are not in this alone. I am with you but do your part. If you keep defaulting to what seems to be easy and more comfortable to your flesh, you will continue to see the same results and outcomes. A life fully surrendered and yielded to Me produces much fruit. If you find yourself fruitless due to these repetitive cycles, ask yourself “Is it not time for a change?”. Go back and examine the strategies, insights, and words of wisdom I brought to you personally and through My willing vessels. You will do well by starting to make decisions in those directions.”
