This is why looking after our health and reducing oxidative stress is so important…

Just like the apple that oxidises over a period of time, so do our cells…the only difference is we can’t see it on the inside of us.

 

BUT ~ we may feel it… maybe…it could be signs of small niggles, aches and pains which we put down to the ageing process? 

 

We often put it down to being too busy to look after ourselves and we ignore the little cues till they become big ones we can’t ignore…
