Prophetic Word – Will You Follow (9 September 2023)

Jesus gave this answer for someone who has recently been praying saying they will follow Him to the ends of the earth. If this word resonates in your spirit and you know you have prayed this recently, take this word to the Lord and ask Him for confirmation and elaboration.

Here is the word the Lord gave me:

God said: “My child, do I have your “yes”? You say you will follow Me to the ends of the earth. Have you fully comprehended what it is that you are saying? Are you truly willing to lay down your life in complete surrender? To go where I call you to go? To do what I ask you to do? Much dying to self is required. If you wish to follow Me, you must pick up your cross. Are you ready to let go of the things you once held dear? Are you ready to exchange what you once valued in the world for My Glory?

Make no mistake My child, many have cried out to Me before saying “ Lord, Lord, use me, I will do anything”. And yet, when I respond and ask them to go, they come up with excuses and never fully pick up their cross to follow Me. I take delight in honesty and sincerity of heart. If you truly this day mean what you say, then know that I am willing to lead you where you have not gone before.

Your journey will require full trust and reliance on Me and not yourself. You will need to exchange your way for Mine. Keep your lamp burning and it will not go out. Keep close to Me and you will know where to go. I am willing to use you for My Kingdom, if you are willing and ready to follow Me. Decide today if you are indeed willing and then remain committed if you are.”
